We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Items should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging. Customers may inspect a product as they would normally be able to do in a physical shop.
If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting loss in value from the refund.
Return shipping costs
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, the direct costs of returning the item are your responsibility.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us before returning it. Where the product is defective or we have made an error, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Martial Arts Store.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notification.
When the entire order is withdrawn, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original shipment.
Any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned.
Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. This includes sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken, and products that have been made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreement.
